Thank you for visiting and shopping at Kingdom Tees. The following are the terms and conditions that formulate our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time

Order Cutoff Time: 4:00pm ET (Eastern Standard Time)

Production Time: Generally 2-7 business days

Transit Time: 2-5 business days

We ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as the order is processed.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment processing may be delayed by a few days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In rare cases, if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently offer FREE Shipping in the USA on all orders of $75+. Delivery estimates are as follows:

  • USA 2-5 business days after shipping

Delivery delays can occasionally occur (natural disasters, pandemics, situations out of our control). 

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking

A tracking number will be added to your order details as soon as it is available. You will be notified via email so that you can keep track of the delivery status every step of the way.

My Tracking says "No information available at the moment"

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Lost/Missing Packages

We are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will take full responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Kingdom Tees is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes, or return to the sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges. 

Damages

If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at support@kingdomtees.co right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of you receiving your order.
